"The entire building was clean and well maintained. The most disappointing thing were, first, when we checked in the front desk had said our room wasn’t ready yet but do have a room ready. When we got up to our room, we find out that our room wasn’t at all cleaned or readied. Linens, beddings, toilet….. u name it it wasn’t touched at all. The good thing about this was the staffed hurried and got it ready for us. Thanks to staff(Bonnie? And another individual) worked hard and fast to get it prepared for us. Bonnie? was friendly and so patient w us and made us feel comfortable and welcome while we wait for our room to be ready.
Besides Bonnie and another individual, the room wasn’t ready fully. The next day we noticed no hair dryer and no back up toiletries.
Besides Bonnie? and another individual I would of given this stay a 1 Star.
