It is only utilized during certain hours of the day. I found out that this is the practice of many hotels in Europe. So be diligent in your research for places to stay."

"Rooms nice, very modern, quiet and very clean. The food was not very good. Just American pub grub standard for a lot more money. Pricy. Staff just looked miserable to me. Our server wasn't in the best of moods. Charge for breakfast and charge for the airport shuttle. About 2 miles at 15 Euros. It was ok."
