"We enjoyed the hotel, however the room did not feel as clean as we like in addition the lighting in the room is dull. You are in a dark room except when it time to sleep and then the shade doesn't cover the window and allows the light to come in like a beacon.
The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. They always greeted upon arrival to the lobby."

"Check in - great; restaurant and bar - great; pool on the roof top - awesome; location - CAN’T beat it; parking - awesome; shelter for tornado warning?? - didn’t know where to go - called the desk who informed me they don’t get tornados because the buildings are too high - but from where I come from, high buildings don’t stop tornados! And one did touch down somewhere in the bay!
Definitely need more hooks for towels and hanging clean clothes to change into in the bathroom. The refrigerators...

"Una de las tres noches no limpiaron, El personal si fue amable aunque no me comentaron que había carritos para las maletas, desayuno ok. El estacionamiento muy muy caro y muy tardado.
Lo que nunca me habían pedido es un DEPOSITO de $200 dlls que me dijeron que en el Check out me lo devolvian y al hacer el check out, me dijeron que en 2 o 3 dias lo devolvían y NO LO HAN hecho !!! Uno anda de viaje y eso no es correcto. Cuando lo van hacer ???"
