"We had a nice stay, room was clean. The night staff, (unfortunately didn’t get her name but works until 11 pm) was very sweet and helpful! Unfortunately only decaf coffee in the lobby in the morning."

"we had had a long trip from south carolna and came in with a flat tire. the staff helped us find a tire store close by. the bar tender and cook promtly made our food and drinks when we ordered and served them with kindness and concern and were appropriatley congenial. we staye on our return trip because they were so delightful. thank you."

"The staff were amazing at the Cross lanes , wv location!! Family had several issues traveling and the best part was their early arrival - staff at this location welcomed them and were so wonderful !! It was 2:30am and they were so nice helping them get settled!! Thank you !! The housekeeping staff were phenomenal here & seriously take pride in their work- the kindness alone was something you don't see much anymore. We will always recommend this location to anyone!! Dates they stayed were...

"This is a nice, clean, comfortable and convenient motel. But the WiFi connection was impossible to connect to and the response I got from the staff was: I am having the same problem. For the price to stay here I expected to have decent WiFi available . Otherwise, a pretty nice place with a better than average breakfast."

"Hotel was nice.BUT. Extremely busy and only 1 elevator works. Took us 30 mins to get to our room. Then 20 down to lobby. Please fix the elevators."

"Very out dated. Door to the room kept sticking and was incredibly hard to open. Walls were stained. Toilet kept running after being flushed, I fixed it myself. Overall this property has went way downhill since I stayed here several years ago."
