"Front desk needed more than 1 attendant at a time. We killed baby roaches in the shower. Floors were sticky inside room entry."

"Breakfast was great, it was an ok location it is right by the freeway so it's a lot of noise. The floor I was on was very quiet, the staff was amazing and very helpful. The room was ok, I booked an King but ended up with an Queen double but the bed was comfortable. They could pay attention to the cleaning a little more because I found hair on the floor, the ceiling had spots of mold and the shower had spots of mold also. It was an ok hotel but I don't think I would book again"

"The pool was green!! The bathtub and sink drained very slow, the shower water came up to your ankles. Elevator floors were filthy dirty. When I checked in , they gave me the wrong room, one king bed and a pullout couch when I had reserved a room with two queen beds. Upon asking the front desk why, she said that I booked it that way, but I showed them the email I received from expedia , and it said two queen beds. She did find another room to move us to. It's the fact that she blamed me for her...

"The room was spotless, the dining area was well stocked and the lobby was clean. I loved that the room had a walk in shower, no tub. The staff were polite and friendly, location was close to restaurants and stores. Would stay again if back in the area."

"I'm so happy Dallas has a hostel and Bishop Arts is the perfect neighborhood for it. Checking in and out was super easy and straightforward. The entire property is clean and I saw housekeeping doing work every day and at different times to ensure cleanliness for guests. Parking was easy and plentiful. Lots of restaurants and shops to pop into within a mile."
