"I wasn't expecting the royal treatment but what I got was sub-par. I went up to the front desk where there were 3 people behind the desk helping one person. I said excuse jme a couple of times and no one acknowledged me. "

"It's the perfect place for a family on a budget! It's run down but clean. The rooms are nice size with the extra living space. It looks like there is a lot of things to do for kids. It would be very nice to have chairs by the pool, with umbrellas, when you want a break from the sun. The staff was not very friendly. The beach is beautiful and that is what we came for but for a couple, we won't be returning."

"Loved my stay here. The staff were very friendly, and the room was kept very clean by housekeeping during my time here. Breakfast was delicious, and the pool was so enjoyable. I really loved my stay here!"

"Resort was great, we played Island and Copperhead and both were in great condition. Food was good but breakfast buffet was overpriced and included 20% gratuity for barely any service which seemed excessive. Otherwise, staff and everything was great. The pool area was also nice in between rounds. I would recommend."

"Lo mejor es la atención que recibes y el hotel es muy bonito lo único q no le gustó es que te cobran 55 usd por día en el valet parking y no hay otro lugar donde estacionarse y también que es muy difícil llegar al hotel pues está frente a un estadio de shows y cierran todas las calles "

"They provide free bottles of water at the front desk, which was a great perk as you can go back as many times as you need to during your stay. I loved the Saturday morning yoga class by the pool! This hotel has A LOT of charm and that makes up for the tiny bathrooms. (Because it is a very old building, the rooms are small but they really leaned in to the retro feeling. Each floor has a lounge area if you need some more space to sit and relax.)
