Beautiful upgraded room with wrap around balcony. Staff was amazing, although they seemed to be short staffed much of the time. Nice vintage-style room. We rushed to arrive by 7pm, as the office closed at 7. We arrived at 6:50 only to find the closed sign. Had to hit the emergency button.
