"Great value stay. Breakfast was great with a selection of hot food and lots of fruit options. Front desk and maintenance staff were very nice and were working hard. Room was a university dorm with a lot of wear and tear, but that is reflected in the price. Lots of buses and about a 25min walk to Old Town."

"Pleasant, welcoming and fit for purpose. Condition of communal area tatty and bathroom could be cleaner. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location and great to have Sainsburys and bus stop near by. Superb for park and Arthur's seat, access to Royal Mile and train station. All in all - I would stay again. Price reflects accomodation and clearly states it is not a hotel. I enjoyed my stay in Edinburgh."

"Belford was my first night in Edinburgh and it was super chill. An easy walk from Haymarket station, the 24/7 check-in was really nice. I had a lovely private room (only 4 of those, so book early!) and the staff were super friendly and kind. It was a chill, well-stocked place right besides Dean Village and not far from West End and their nice bars and cafes. "

"From start to finish, our experience here was absolutely wonderful. We booked an ensuite double room, and it was spotless, comfortable, and great value for money. The location couldn’t have been better, everything in both the Old Town and New Town was within easy walking distance, which made exploring Edinburgh so convenient. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast buffet was well worth it, with plenty of options to start the day...
