"I chose this location for two reasons - firstly because of the proximity of the metro (I was heading to Old Trafford on Saturday for the cricket and wanted to stop off at Stretford parkrun first) and secondly because the cost was so reasonable. Check-in/out was confusing and I had to phone someone (who didn't pick up) before being texted a code for the lockbox. I had two different requests on checkout - one to leave the key in the room and the other to put it back in the lockbox so had to message again for confirmation. My room was large and comfortable and the bathroom was clean with plenty hot water. There was a kettle with tea & coffee. The inside of the building is a bit run-down - the carpets could do with being replaced and some of the furniture (pull-out bed/couch in my room) has seen better days. But for what I was after it was fine."

"Very new and clean hotel. Extremely quiet rooms considering how busy it was and that the runway is next door. The only issue was, I stayed in an accessible room and when using the fixed position shower chair, the shower gel dispenser was behind me, so I couldn’t reach it. What’s the point of putting all that thought into grabrails and wide doorways, then putting the shower gel out of reach? Lady on breakfast, Steph, was absolutely incredible. She is a complete engine in running that breakfast and we were amazed at what she sorted with ease and welcoming smile! What a credit to your hotel!"

"The hotel was functional, all the basics were there, not luxuriously glamourous, but I don't want that. It was all clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, but the self-service area was too small for such crowds of people, especially for wheelchair users who were having difficulty to manoeuvre in the narrow space. I arrived at 1.00am, late due to train holdups, and would have liked something to eat, but there were no snacks available. I enjoyed my stay, and would stay again."

"Very difficult to find your way around the hotel, we struggled to find reception when we turned up. Gym and pool were nice and rooms were nice and big, the room felt like a 5 minute walk away from the bar and reception areas. Breakfast buffet was poor, arrived at 9:30am and everything has been sat there a while and was stale and cold."
