"This is the prefect stay to plan your vacation to Chattanooga. Very unique experience to stay in the train cars and so close to everything."

"The staff was unhelpful when my car was broken into; they would not assist in getting the number to the of or offer a garbage bag for the mess I was left with in the parking lot. Several other cars were broken into as well and the staff offered them no assistance. I understand from the police and the car rental company that this is a regular occurrence at this location. I will never stay at a La Quinta again because of the lack of any assistance or even concern for the safety of their customers. "

"Everything was pretty nice but I was bummed to see there was no soap provided in the room. There is the bodywash in the shower but id also like a bar wrapped and available for me to use at the sink area. Also my door would close but the bottom half of the frame left a bit of a sliver to the outside which I think made the sound from the pool area even louder, so better sealing on the doors would be great. Otherwise Staff were very nice and helpful and I liked the vibe of the place, would come back again and rate 5 star if these issues were addressed 👍"

"When we arrived, the concierge (Candice) was pleasant, professional, gave us her full attention. When entered our room, it was clean and acceptable. It had a television, safe, refrigerator, and ample drawers and closet. The bathroom was clean. It didn't have any ventilation, so it's very steamy. When I returned to the lobby to put back the luggage caddy, Candice approached me and took care of it in a very friendly manner. Our room had a curtain and screen. The curtain wouldn't go down all way - screen did. However, there are lights outside that shined all night. There's a tub with a shower - always had hot water. The tub began dripping after the first use and never stopped. This is a simple maintenance fix. We had the breakfast buffet, which was very good. I believe the lady's name who was assisting us was Anna. Very helpful and pleasant. However, there was no advance notice that it was $16 per person. Parking is free, the pavement is in good shape, with ample space. All and all it was a good stay for the cost."

"We absolutely loved staying here what a unique place great activities like pool table and shuffleboard and ping-pong in the entrance. Lively brewery and cute little coffee shop in the lobby as well. Each apartment is nicely appointed with all the amenities needed for a short or long-term stay"
