"We weren't sure what to expect booking outside of a chain hotel. Room was attractively styled with numerous little touches that made it a delightful place to stay. Host was not on site when we arrived but made all the necessary arrangements via text message. She was very helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling through the area."

Shower panels were falling off the walls, shower faucet/shower head assembly was not attached inside the wall; I thought the plumbing pipes were going to pull right out when I turned the shower on. "The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. However, we had asked for non-smoking rooms and even though both of our rooms were labeled as such, the smell of smoke was so strong in one of them, that we ended up asking for a different room. The manager was happy to oblige. If you just need a clean, cheap place to crash, as an overnighter, this is for you. If you are looking for a fancy place to stay this is not it. "The hotel was average/ mediocre at best. The amenities are outdated and need renovation. The room which was a suite for a family of 5, was not very spacious. Very small bathtub and shower combination that did not divert the water all the way to the shower head. The pool was almost unheated, on the smaller side, and offered no hot tub for adults to relax in. The hotel attempted to be courteous and gave us water and cookie sandwiches BUT they only gave 2 waters and 2 cookies for 3 children and 2...

"An okay place to stay for a night or two. Checkin receptionist was stressed trying to take care of internal business. Then the key fab wouldn't open our room door so she had to rekey it - this was an issue our entire stay. Had to get the keys reset mutiple times. Breakfast was good but the poor girl couldn't keep up with the demand so many people had to wait for items to be replenished. Need more help for this"
