"Breakfast was set up nicely, I was suppose to have a kind junior suite and found out I booked wrong night… got an additional night but was stuck in the 2 full/queen room. Charged an additional fee for early access to the room and didn’t care about the mishap. Staff that morning (5am) was rude when speaking and then I kept the second night and had to request to stay in room so I didn’t have to change rooms cause they didn’t ask anything regarding that, and she messed up setting the keys so when I got back to room second night I had to go back up to get keys fixed. Wasn’t happy with the fact I didn’t get the room I paid for and then I got charged for additional fees and there wasn’t a coffee pot , (not that I use one but there was coffee no pot)"

"Fantastic stay!! Breakfast in the mornings was wonderful. The general manager there was a wonderful lady. Rashma I believe. She helped her staff with whatever they needed. A true leader that leads by example. Everyone I encountered there was super friendly. Phenomenal team. Great place to stay! "
