Hotel dekat Duomo dei SS. Giovanno e Paolo

"Mooie plek, zwembad aanwezig 50 meter buiten het hotel met veel ligbedjes. Parkeergarage voor de auto ook ideaal je kan zo in en uit rijden wanneer je wilt met de ontvangen QR code. Wel aangegeven na de 1e nacht met de vraag of de airco even gecheckt kom worden omdat deze niet echt koelt. Hier hebben we niks meer op teruggekregen als feedback. Het leek minder warm te zijn in de kamer net nadat we terugkwamen van zwemmen maar dat was toch niet het geval nadat we gedoucht waren en terugkwamen van...

"We booked a room with balcony and view of ocean. Room was spacious but the carpet was old and had a few stains, the bathroom was nice and clean. However, they did not clean our room nor changed the sheets on the second day. On the morning of our third day, I wrote an email requesting them to vacuum and change sheets, it didn’t happen so the hotel moved us to a different room. Which was nice of them . However, I had to pack and unpack after a long day, overall the hotel staff is very helpful and...

"The room was beautiful and comfortable, also very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast there, but others said it was good. Location was perfect for seeing the city, and an easy walk to the cruise terminal had we wanted to. Taxi was quick and inexpensive."

The staff is every bit as kind as mentioned in all of the reviews. Sometimes you see hotels that Photoshop the pictures. This hotel did not do that. They are spot on. We loved it and cannot wait to return next time we’re in that area. The staff consistently went above and beyond."
