"We travelled throughout Italy for 3 weeks and this was hands down our worst stay! The food was terrible, there isn’t a shuttle to or from the airport as advertised it is actually ( it is $280 EUROS) each way. The shuttle driver to the main square the who helped with luggage was lovely but everything else was so disappointing and 2.5 star at best. The beds are terrible, the sheets are terrible, the breakfast and food is so, so bad we couldn’t even eat it. We are beyond disappointed and wouldn’t recommend."

"We stayed for about a week here and the staff were very friendly and helpful! It was a little chilly so we didn’t use the pool, but breakfast was great, dinner even better, and our accommodations had a beautiful balcony view of the mountains. They came and cleaned the room with fresh set of towels and sheets everyday, and we couldn’t hear our neighbors. 10/10 recommend, you will definitely get a lot of walking in if you’re not renting a car or taking the bus, or scheduling a transfer car"

"Upon checking in we were greeted with a smile very personable host. They upgraded our room free of charge, and it was the loveliest room ever, Clean, organized and simply charming. We additionally received a complimentary drink and appetizer in their balcony overlooking the valley simply charming. All their vegetables are certified organic which was a nice surprise. Dinner was also on the terrace/balcony with superb service and amazing food. we will definitely stay at Zi Ntonio again! 100% on service and quality! "
