"The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The check-in staff was great. My only complaint was the refrigerator in the room was not working and smelled bad."

"Not going to lie, I was a little worried because Best Western can be hit or miss. However, I was extremely surprised! The rooms were bigger than the pictures and very clean and modern. (We always check the beds before getting settled!) We are definitely going to stay here again!"

I was a solo traveler but the many families I saw on a Saturday morning in the breakfast area looked to be enjoying their stay as well. One small request, next remodel chose bedside lamps with USB ports. I forgot my phone adaptor and had to use the TV."

"Sad having to leave a less than acceptable review. Room is filthy, mainly the floors. Do not walk around barefoot or in white socks. They’ll absolutely turn black!! The continental breakfast was trash!!! Only thing available both days was waffle mix. They were completely booked out for some conference so those folks emptied everything early. "Hotel was just OK. Room was clean, but several things were broken (comfy chair, microwave, decorative handles on things). At 4:00 AM, they were vacuuming the hallway carpet right outside our room. "Amazing staff from the front desk to the housekeepers. Aurora made check in the only bright spot on a 10 hour moving day cross countrywith wife a nd dog. Rooms were well kept and very nice. Breakfast was good with a yogurt bar and quiche not your normal fair. The grounds are nice for pets. A lot of green space with waste baskets. Aurora got the 5 stars right away but plenty of others would of stepped in to secure the 5 im sure of it. Perfect place to end a stress filled day"

"The stay was good up until we went to eat breakfast. One of the staff members serving was so rude ( Caucasian with a nose hook ). First she was on the phone and I didn’t want to bother so I moved the eggs towards the front of the tray as I couldn’t reach it with the serving utensil.
