"Staying here was amazing. The room was just what I needed for my one night stay in Durham. The bus stop wasn’t far away and was very easy to get into the city center. I arrived a little bit early and they didn’t even flinch to get me into my room. Highly recommend!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay in this beautiful boutique hotel. We booked the room overlooking the Cathedral which was stunning. The room was really large and immaculately designed. The gentleman who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. The walk was no more than 10 minutes to the centre. We were so impressed with this hotel and Durham we would definitely come back."

"The divan was to big for the mattress, no bath towel or milk in the room, it hadn't even been hoovered. I went down to the bar to ask for some milk and a towel I got the towel but was told they have any milk, luckily there was a shop near by, for the price i paid i expected better"

"Nice hotel however longer than normal check in and checkout process as both times I had to find a member of staff to help me."

"There was no breakfast available despite the description stating there was. The bath had no plug & the electric shower was very temperamental (from cold to scalding). The decor left a lot to be desired with nails/screws sticking out of the walls. There wasn’t a TV in each room & bedroom furniture was unstable."
