Great area in jesmond, 20 mins walk into town or you can have a 5 minute walk to west jesmond metro station and easily commute into the centre of Newcastle or even continue to Tynemouth or the airport."

"Staff excellent. Setting beautiful. We stayed in the old house which had real charm, but was a little tired. Beyond the historic house is a conference centre, with spa. We ate an evening meal in the 1744 restaurant which was well priced and very tasty. "

Not sure about the hotel reception area lends itself to an entrance to a call centre I think but the staff are no problem. Good free car park is an advantage. Breakfast bag is ok.
