"Clean, efficient and close to convention center. Food and drinks were great. Room was comfortable. Only disappointments: ice machines on only 2 floors of 14 story hotel; no room service; and no real glassware in room. Otherwise delightful stay."

"The hotel is at a busy intersection and some of the rooms facing the 205 freeway may hear traffic noise, pool and hot tub were nice and hot breakfast was very good. There is a lot of homeless people wondering around the area and cutting through the parking lot but the hotel itself felt safe and clean. "My only complaint, paying to park in an Unsecured parking lot. All guests pay to park and then read signs letting you know that you park at your own risk. What are we paying for? This is very annoying."

"My family and I stayed here for just one night, and it was adequate for a quick stopover. The hotel and rooms were clean enough, though the room itself was on the smaller side compared to other hotels we've stayed at. Our room also didn't have a very pleasant view. On the positive side, the parking was adequate and fine for our needs. However, the breakfast was a bit lacking compared to what you usually get at similar hotels. "Staff was rude. Front desk clerk was not helpful and when trying to check in car was told clerk was sick and wanted to go home and hopefully you can find a spot. We prepaid. Tried to check in hotel key with no front desk clerk. Went downstairs and found a lady making breakfast and I politely asked if I could give her the key she acted as if I was a problem and told me she had to make breakfast in an angry voice. I usually don't give bad reviews but the customer service was absolutely horrible."
