"We had a wonderful experience at The Mortimer’s Arms. If you are visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, the location is unbeatable (within walking distance). The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture. "The mattress is way too soft. And in no world a bed smaller than queen size (160cm) should be allowed to be called a two-person bed. Otherwise the room was ok. The breakfast is nothing to look forward to. Also the dishes are not very clean "

"Buse at the front desk was just exceptional! She handled some minor issues with such speed and efficiency, she is truly an asset to this company. Another minus was the room was very warm but the air con is disabled so you can't even use it! Expedia lists air con as an amenity so guests should be able to use what they're paying for.
