Apartemen di Dutchess County

"Amazing hotel right across from the culinary institute of America and close to the FDR library. Andrew was super helpful as was all the staff. Very clean."

"The property is falling apart. We got no sleep because the noise from the upstairs unit even when they were only walking was unbearable. Only two towels for three people. The pull out sofa is awful; wires and coils coming through. You can’t advertise sleeping on that thing, please. Breakfast was not good; even though it was supposed to be open until 10 am on Sunday, nothing was replaced and food was gone by 9 am when we got there. The smell of cigarettes and pot is everywhere. Needless to say...

"There was several mixups about this reservation. I was charged $10 a day for parking which I never knew of $30 total. Also bottles of water in the room with five dollar tags marked on them. Then breakfast was not complementary you had to pay for that as well. Staff did not know how to split the charge for two people. Said they did it but I have a full charge on my credit card which was reserved through Expedia. ever since Bonvoy took over apparently things have changed from the old Marriott....

"Great location close to FDR, CIA and other Hyde Park sights"

"My review may improve if I can get some clarification as to why I was charged twice for my stay. However, until that issue is resolved, it has certainly left a sour taste in my mouth. To begin with, the room was significantly overpriced for what it offered. I suspect the rates were inflated due to the local colleges hosting Family Weekend, but even with that consideration, the accommodations fell well short of justifying the cost. Upon arrival, we noticed an unusual, unpleasant odor in the room....

"My room had two double beds, one for me and one for my sister. The bed I slept in felt like it had two 600 pound people bed ridden for a year sleeping in it . The springs were noisy and I fell into a gully on both sides of the mattress. Plus the walls were so thin that every time they used the shower or sink or flushed the toilet in the room next to mine it made a racket . I can't believe I was charged $307 for one night in this room. Also the breakfast was not a hot one unless you want to count...

"It is an older place to stay, however it was very clean and we appreciated the good housekeeping staff. the breakfast offered was good though just basic. This is our second time staying there and would do so again in the future."

"Not a great experience. The staff was friendly, but the hotel itself needs a serious upgrade. Also, no breakfast options or coffee makers in the rooms. Strange"

"It was good for sleeping. The mattress was comfortable."
