"The rooms are always clean and the staff is helpful and very polite. The breakfasts always give a big variety of anything you would want. The casino is amazing, everyone there is so polite, the casinos restaurants are great we would highly recommend going you won’t regret it!!!!!!"

"The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Angelique -she was amazing! Unfortunately, their got water heater wasn't working so we had COLD showers our entire stay. The carpets in the room and hallway were gross and desperately need shampooed or replaced with flooring other than carpet that does not hold smells!"

"Pool floor was dirty and there was a band aid floating in it. Continental breakfast was very bad...stale muffins, crusty microwaved sausage links. The floor in our room was dirty and in need of vaccuming. Receptionist seemed unfriendly and grumpy when asked questions about local events."

"The deposit double $50 to $100.00 their deposit refund policy is non—ist or hard to find my wife started her menstrual cycle while we were at the property and had an accident with one of the Towels which happened to be one of the towels that we had brought from home and left it in the floor with the other towels of the bathroom floor they kept our deposit Wife cleaned the room when we got there and cleaned the room when we left there was no damage. "I gave it 4 stars because the air conditioner in the room was extremely loud and the fan didn’t seem to be working correctly. It felt stifling like no air in the room."

"While the property was clean, it looked a little outdated but, to us, all the HIG properties look the same. Other than that our room was very nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to eat in the area and DoorDash was available. Avoid the Golden Corral just down the street from the hotel. It is awful! It’s dirty and expensive with a minimally attentive staff."
