"In the morning there was no one at the front desk, finally I saw someone and they said to drop off the keys in drop box. Hallways really could have used a good vacuuming, I noticed several small candy wrappers in the hallway"

"They do not have a loading and unloading zone like most hotels, which makes getting your suitcases in and out of the hotel difficult and the parking spots are so narrow that even my compact car had trouble opening the doors on both sides to get in and out of the car. The staff was not helpful with this and overall were unable to answer my questions in a way that made sense. "We loved our stay at Novotel in Scotland. It was only 15-20 minutes away from the downtown city center and the Scotrail was right outside the hotel. If you are travelling to another city and need to take the train that was also easily accessible. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of different options. I would definitely stay at Novotel again on my next visit."
