"Warmly greeted. Great room on top floor! Excellent workout room with top of the line, good condition equipment. Convenient to have Tavola restaurant right in the building for dinner before concert (we could walk to) and a drink after. Second time staying here. "

"I love the location of this hotel and that it has a hot tub and pool. There are not a lot of hotels downtown with a hot tub so I always love to stay here. It is a slightly further walk to the target center and the surrounding bars, but it’s definitely still manageable! And the hotel is so charming! I love how it’s decorated!"

We were awaken at 3am to move out of unit into another due to feces and urine coming from the unit above us... We moved at 3:00 only to br moved to a unit without the air working .. We inform them that also... As per their statement we can only give you a refund of 30% of your total... "Conveniently located in central downtown. Easy walk to all of the stadiums. The lobby is not particularly warm and we had trouble getting our rooms on time, but the hotel is reasonably priced and the rooms we had were great."

"The hotel rooms were beautiful and had ample space. The pillows were amazing. The only issue I had was having to request a breakfast coupon every day. That was inconvenient and the floor I was on did not have an ice machine. The breakfast expensive, but quite tasty."

"Everything was really amazing! The staff were all very helpful, the breakfast had a good variety except no waffles only pancakes for those waffle lovers wondering about that. The hot tub and pool area was quiet and relaxing and the room was super clean. The location is in a great area. The only thing that was kind of annoying was having to pay for parking but that was understandable considering the placement of the hotel. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would totally stay here again!"

"Great views and location. I think the rooms need to be updated, especially the bathrooms. Restaurant staff the coffee shop. Staff were very friendly. The event staff could be a little more friendly and hospitable. Definitely think that they could benefit from some training on food, allergies even basic ones like nuts and strawberries.. for that type of hotel for especially for a business convention center. I expected a higher caliber of service and Venue. Was disappointed"

"The staff was incredibly helpful in helping us get a last minute room for a big group. The suite we stayed in was perfect and incredibly spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good and had plenty of tables that were well spaced out. The night shift front desk worker and security guard were the best, he helped find us extra blankets and the security guard brought them all the way up to our room to drop them off for us. Would definitely come back!"

"Clean rooms and friendly staff. Did not get the room we reserved with a king bed and not notified of this change, they said they overbooked. Was not told there is only valet parking for a daily cost or parking on street."

"The entire hotels air conditioning was broken in the middle of the summer-They claimed they couldnt reach us due to booking through a third party. Hotels are ALWAYS able to email-It was too late to find other accommodations but have been trying to contact the general manager for 1 week since the stay to discuss this situation and they have made no attempt to return any phone calls-This is a hospitality industry and I find it unbelievable the lack of consideration, courtesy and professionalism."
