"Two of us had to go to Van Buren and I made reservations thru Expedia when I called to let them know we were in town they couldn’t find my reservation when I called back to see if it show up in system lady said she couldn’t reach me and my card declined so she canceled my reservation. I told her that wasn’t possible it showed pending. She said it would come off in a day or two. When we arrived at motel my friend paid and we left next morning. "Room was clean and staff was friendly. My mqin issue is. I asked for an ADA room and I was given a room with a normal bathroom no rails or extra space. It was on thr bottom floor . I reserved and paid ahead we did have a late night arrival. I am just recovering from a temporary injury but anyone using a wheelchair or walker full time ahould double. Heck this amenity. Some of the furniture is a but run down. The parking lot is crazy trying to figure out how to get in especially at night."
