Hotel dekat Eagle Glen Natural Area

"Stayed one night. It is a motel not hotel. Tried to checkin at 2:53pm. Debra said to wait 7 minutes as she had people waiting. Why are we waiting? Because its policy although rooms were ready. Reminded me of DMV. Room had a smell of old HVAC system. Most guests were local workers or residents. Cheap but what you get is a motel."

"Everything went well with our stay & good breakfast"

"This is a nice hotel, but we ran into a couple of issues. Unfortunately, our room did not get cleaned on our two-night stay. Also, the toilets are so loud that they will literally make you jump. You might think I'm overreacting, but they are truly obnoxious. The automatic coffee maker in the lobby was the best and Robert at the front desk was also great. Also, a good location for our visit to KC."

"The staff was nice and professional and the room was clean and orderly. It's located in a nice part of town with lots of restaurants nearby. The only thing I would change was the bed and pillows as they were too soft for my liking."

"This property, located adjacent to a business park, is well-appointed. It offers a small menu for the business traveler. It is very quiet at night, and I felt my vehicle was safe. The morning breakfast is superior to other accommodations I have used. Hot and cold items are available along with freshly cut fruit blends, muffins, granola, packaged cereal, and yogurt. A variety of carbs are available, too. Menus vary daily which is welcomed perk for those on an extended stay. A nice touch was the...

"Was clean and friendly staff."

"We were on a house hunting trip so stayed 8 days. The property is in disrepair. We were not there except to sleep so ok to put up with. We never heard a vacuum and hallways were filthy. Room was ok drares on dresser would not stay closed and bedding was torn. Property was ok for the cost but really needs serious maintenance and more attention to thorough cleaning. Breakfast was ok although no variety. Same rubber eggs and inedible sausage every day. Yogurt, cold cereal and breads were the...

"The ice machines didn’t work. There was stuff lying all around the place from the construction which was not disclosed when making the reservation. I feel I paid way too much for this room. I would not recommend staying here."

"Great staff. Breakfast was very well maintained. Attentive staff. Great new facility."

"I forgot to bring my own pillow. If I were to book again I will have to bring my own pillows. The curtains remain open with no way to close at night."

"Smells like a wet basement. Don’t ignore the bad reviews. The legitimacy of the good ones are suspect after my stay here. Entire place had a smell and hallways were filled with people’s dirty damp smelly towels. I thought I caught them during a turnover because I did early check in but the towels remained there for all 4 days of my stay and the smell was particularly bad on the warmer day. I had to call the front desk to ask for my towels to be replaced and sheets to be swapped on my third day...

"Ptac unit would not cool room. Filters where very dirty. Ice machine was not maintenance and dirty."

"Very convenient location and such lovely staff"
