Hotel dekat Raymore Galleria

"The ice machines didn’t work. There was stuff lying all around the place from the construction which was not disclosed when making the reservation. I feel I paid way too much for this room. I would not recommend staying here."

"Stayed one night. It is a motel not hotel. Tried to checkin at 2:53pm. Debra said to wait 7 minutes as she had people waiting. Why are we waiting? Because its policy although rooms were ready. "Elevator was broken—there was no shower curtain in our room—we had to walk down stairs because of elevator being broke"

"Everything went well with our stay & good breakfast"

"I forgot to bring my own pillow. If I were to book again I will have to bring my own pillows. The curtains remain open with no way to close at night."

"Was clean and friendly staff."

"The staff was nice and professional and the room was clean and orderly. It's located in a nice part of town with lots of restaurants nearby. The only thing I would change was the bed and pillows as they were too soft for my liking."
