"Better than expected for a last minute booking. The check-in was painless and quick, which we appreciated since we were exhausted. It was very quiet and in a safe location. "

I tried using the treadmill 1 wouldn't work at all the other started but stopped working after a few minutes with a check motor code. There was a clipped toenail on the floor and used earbuds on equipment. Breakfast was also very sub par. Very sad, because our last visit was very nice.."

The ceiling in the bathroom by the toilet/shower was literally black in places cracked and looked like it could fall in at any moment. Be prepared to hear other guest at every hour of the night as if they are in the room with you. Staff was friendly we didnt know there was a 50.00 per person cash only deposit needed when we checked in and thankful the front desk guy waved it. So we didnt have to pay the ATM...

"I had stayed here about 10 years ago and it was clean and nice. It is not anymore. I had no soap, or any toiletries. The microwave looked like chili had been spilled it. The fridge had a red liquid in the bottom that smelled like salsa. Smears of something and water spots all over the mirror. The bathroom sink faucet needs to be replaced. "Our suite was an amazing room. Having filtered water in our room was a wonderful addition. The salt water pool was good for the skin, but was often pretty cold. I wish they would have also had a hot tub to warm up in. Also really liked their nightly tea time. "

"Parking was very good, secure, staff was very nice, even brought us fresh towels at check in! Hard to understand, English wasn’t the best. The TV was poor. They did explain the trick to turning it on. But we didn’t understand them, didn’t want to be rude and keep asking. We did get it on, never got it to change channels, the remote was useless. For the price, we would stay again. It was very clean, bug free. The coffee was wonderful! "

"Unfortunately, the room we were staying in, wasn’t clean very well. On the nightstand there were used nicotine pouches near the phone. There was a leftover water bottle on the floor by the desk. This is disappointing, considering there was a message next to the TV saying the room was cleaned. It didn’t completely ruin our experience or anything, but it was a bit jarring. "The room was spotless. Front desk and breakfast area staff were friendly. Breakfast had many options and was very good. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Nice and quiet. Very comfortable bed."
