"The host was really lovely, was responsive to our needs and overall really good value for money. The only couple of things that would have made it 5/5 for us would have been softer beds and lower pillows (very firm beds and high firm pillows) and also a working oven as ours was on the fritz but we had an airfryer so that was great. "Sea World Nara Resort was a lovely place for families. It was 100% full the night we stayed, but apart from at breakfast, it didn't feel that there were people everywhere. My problem is with Expedia who, when I rescheduled, didn't give us the same deal - we had to pay more for a premium room, but it didn't include all the extras, such as breakfast, and access to the theme parks."

"The room was large with good amenities- kettle, bar fridge (with milk, water bottles), iron, pod coffee machine. Hotel also has a laundry, gym and pool. The standout was the breakfast buffet. There was a good selection of food, including fresh fruit, cereal, pastries, pancakes, bread and cooked breakfast foods. Also juices and tea and coffee. Food was replaced regularly. We ate at the bistro in the afternoon. There was a service and food were excellent. We got a 10% discount and a free drink....

"We had a nice little stay, used the waterpark and pool for a couple of hours, had a bbq sausage sizzle, played on the flying fox and saw a koala. Staff were friendly enough. Cafe prices seemed a bit high. Parking was a bit tight if you have a medium to large car."

"Everything went fine over the weekend. We only had one small blip over breakfast. We booked for 2 adults and 2 kids - giving our kids age of 14 when we booked. When we went to breakfast, the breakfast staff said breakfast was only including kids, which is 12 years and under. We were always clear on the kid's ages so I'm not sure why they weren't included in the 'breakfast included' option. Very confusing.
