"Good: updated facility that was relatively clean except for old carpet and materials being removed. It is a good location and in a quiet area. Bad: We specifically chose this facility because they offered breakfast. The breakfast area was not attended two both mornings we wanted to eat there. On the first morning we had to ask someone to check the food as some items were out such as cooked eggs. We then had to wait 20 minutes for them to be placed in the buffet. The second morning there was no hot food and we asked the front desk if it was going to be replenished. They informed us that the staff that provides the cooked food did not come in!"

"There was mold on the shower walls and shower curtain. The ceiling had water stains with paint peeling. The pool is a nice size for many kids to play at but overall the hotel is run down and needs a refresh. The beds were super lumpy. But the courtyard was super fun and had a little bit of everything for the kids and adults. There is no microwave in the rooms, just a tiny one in the welcome area. Bring s’mores stuff if you’d like to have some with the fire pit!"

The staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making every guest's stay enjoyable. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything needed for a stress-free getaway. The grounds were stunning, and there were plenty of amenities and activities available without feeling overcrowded or hectic. One of the highlights was the overall experience—whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying the dining options, or simply taking in the scenery, everything felt well-organized and high quality. The attention to detail throughout the resort really stood out. If you're looking for a place to relax, recharge, and enjoy a memorable weekend away, I would highly recommend this resort. I left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to my next visit."
