The restaurant downtown stairs was really good and the manager of the restaurant who was on duty the day I stayed was awesome! I forgot his name but he was amazing and provided good customer service! I’ll definitely make this my hotel of choice when I visit Baytown which is once a month. "

"The Breakfast was less than desirable. The room door would not close automatically it had to be slammed in order to actually shut. The lady at the Front Desk was amazing and extremely friendly."

"Roaches!! Angry lady working at night. For how much we paid for 2 nights... NOT WORTH THE MONEY. There were roaches in my room, which means they are everywhere!! Elevators were scary & didn't work most of the time. The breakfast was okay, but for amount of people that were staying there, they need to extend the hours just a little bit. Don't waste your money!"
