"There was a hoard of high schoolers (like 25-40 teenagers) being loud and making a mess in the hallway. Many complaints from all guests on floor 2 were issued and the staff could not get them to leave or observe quiet hours. It ruined our night as our sleep was disrupted many times. This location needs a security guard. The kids were racing up and down the hall and pushed my friend when he was getting out take out. It’s was chaos. Like a hs pep rally, not a downtown hotel. Space was clean (before the kids, after that the hallways were lined w chips and wrappers), parking was easy, breakfast ok. "

"We were there because it is right next to Albany Medical Center. They were extremely helpful. It was restful and provides a bit of sanity when you need it due to a family member that is going to the hospital for surgery. This is where you want to be."

"The location is a little bit out of the way but, that what makes this hotel special. Our check-in with Neal was quick and easy. Rooms were really nice. Breakfast was also nice and the bar was excellent. We fly into Columbia County Airport about four times a year and drop our passenger off and spend the night in Hudson before returning to Houston. I think we have found a new place to relax after a long flight."
