"CLEANLINESS: Very clean! Noticed a few scuffs on the bathroom wall, and a hair on the bathroom floor. Overall, the room was very clean. ROOM: Very spacious, as we also had two dogs, a playpen, and a crate. There was enough room for my partner and I, that we didn't feel too cramped. The view of the mountain was amazing! Love that we could open the windows and get fresh air. The bathroom and shower were also spacious. I do wish that the water pressure was better, and the option for a hand-held...

"A lovely new and clean space. It had all the amenities you would need plus more. Full kitchen with just enough dishes for a small family. There are 6 units connected in an apartment style building so expect some noise from your neighbors, it's not 100% sound proof. Parking is tight, space for 1 medium size vehicle. Leave the truck at home, it will not fit. Overall an excellent stay that is a few short blocks from the sand."

"The continental breakfast had fresh bakery items daily. No extras in kitchen, only salt and pepper. Fresh chocolate chip cookies every afternoon. Easy walk to beach, harbor, several restaurants and Sterns Wharf. Would definitely stay here again."

"This was an adorable hotel and I was really looking forward to my stay... the location was great room was clean. What made this a terrible experience was that at 4am my dog needed to go outside, as I went out I grabbed my phone and the room key. When we came back to the room the key wasn't working and the emergency number was never answered nor did anyone answer the text. I called repeatedly, after an hour I even called the police who had another number that was NEVER answered. I was locked out...

"We recently stayed in one of the larger rooms with a kitchen. The room is large and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was a good size for a hotel, and had a decent stock of dishes and pans. There are several markets close by. Our room was quiet and had a partial view of the ocean. Parking was free and off the street. The breakfast is the same every day - a muffin, a parfait, and some OJ - but it was adequate and there was both coffee available in the office and coffee makers in the room....

"We stayed here on our way from solvang and decided to stay a night in SB. Walking distance to local restaurants , harbour and wharf . We enjoyed the spa and the welcome wine and cheese was a nice touch.. check in was easy, the property was well maintained and the rooms were comfortable . If you are looking for a nice place to stay and not spend too much this was it . "
