"We had a wonderful stay. We were so surprised at how well appointed it was! We booked at last minute but we will come back many times!!! We were impressed with all of the amenities! One item of distress was that the on line booking jumped by $80 so we called and woman said that the fee was correct. So we tried another service who offered for less so we booked. When we arrived we were greeted with a friendly owner!!"

"Not enough parking spots for all 30 units. There are 23 spots which means some are forced to look for street parking which is very tight. The kitchen could use some instructions on how to use the espresso machine & the oven."

"This was an amazing location - It was just a short walk to the beach, the pier, the other pier, State Street, cute dining locations. Added bonus was my own covered parking spot for my unit. Perfect 2 bedroom apartment, where I was able to set up my remote work station on the large dining table. It got windy one day and the wifi kept dropping but thankfully the team was quick to respond and I was able to hop onto their other unit's wifi. The only reason I'm doing a 4-star vs 5 is due to the noise...

"This hotel was accommodating in getting us checked in early. The grounds are cute. The view right out our window to the ocean was beautiful! They have a very basic breakfast but nonetheless it was a great snack to start the day. They offer wine and cheese in the evenings. We did not partake as I forgot until I walked in to get tea for the night. They offer coffee and tea 24/7. They have laundry on site it’s one washer and one dryer however I did not wait at all to use, and the price was fair....

It was nice touch to have access to free water, coffee, tea and cookies all day long. GREAT Location - walking distance to so much. Santa Barbara is beautiful and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here on another visit. "

"Overall, the hotel feels new, although the elevator is vintage and slow. Our room was clean, and just a bit snug. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom ample and we appreciate the large amount of vanity counter space. The room and bath are well furnished with amenities. The location is excellent. We would book there again. "

"Very nice, spacious room. Private patio in the back. Just a block from the beach and walking distance to the pier and many good restaurants. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful! Highly recommend."

"Omg everything is so close to this hotel train station and warf and downtown. The rooms super clean and the showers had shampoo conditioner and body wash. Went to the pool and jacuzzi had a relaxed time. They had coffee and oatmeal an water. I strongly recommended this hotel specially if you dont take a car"
