"no tv,, phone and the pool was unusable due to repairs, no glsses or cups in the room. A childrens party was going on in the common area just outside our room. the desk person was completely unresponssive to our complaint. very bad value for the price of the room."

"Overall a good stay of your looking for relaxation and not much to do. Property is clean and scenery is beautiful. We stayed in a treehouse and upgraded to an “air conditioned” one, but it wasn’t much help when the room was still very open air. We made it through given this is a very hot season, but I was not a fan of the small ants that were in the beds ,sink, and sheets. We made do, but I’ll probably opt out of treehouse stay the next time :) Not being familiar with the property besides what...
