"The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The...

"Spent 10 days there June 2026. Very clean. Super strong and fast wifi. Comfortable beds. Restaurant at the bottom of the hill was EXCELLENT. Pretty boring for kids, though. Cost an average of $180 pesos to take a taxi downtown. 3 blocks from a Fresko grocery story and Oxxo was even closer. The property runs perpendicular to the ocean so if you are in building #1 (#10 is closest to the water and #1 is furthest), you're 500m from the restaurant. Got lots of walking in!"
