"The key for the room would stop working all the time so I had to go back down to the lobby AGAIN to activate my key. The lady setting the breakfast was very rude when asked about eggs she said "I DONT HAVE EGGS SO I CAN'T MAKE YOU EGGS" Nothing I can do. There was a snow storm and they didnt even have water or medicine to sell or to provide. Not the cleanest either. "
