"Room was clean Front desk friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff did not speak english..difficult to get information from them. Bar was closed (It was a Monday) Plenty of parking (even when full), well lit, clean."

"Bathroom was small. Little space to put anything in. Old fashioned. Room smaller than others we stayed in. Ice buckets but no ice except from the manager. We have had better at red horse inn."

"You’re mostly paying for location and access to the pools. Rooms are old and outdated; pretty pricey for all economy finishes and an old spring mattress. With that said, the location is great, parking was easy, & it wasn’t undoable. Staff was reserved but there if needed."

"Room 410 was lovely with a private balcony and only one set of stairs from the rooftop sitting area. The property was spotless and tastefully decorated. Staff was very welcoming and helpful."

"The room was clean but the view from window is dirty. The AC is strong but the bathroom fan doesn’t work. The pan was dirty and had oil in it when we arrived."

"It’s a pretty hotel close to the beach and the ferry terminal, breakfast was delicious, staff was very helpful, wonderful stay overall"

"Lovely property on the beach which was fantastic and why we choose to visit Staff was very courteous and professional. The toilet seats in our one bedroom suite were old and stained. They can easily be replaced. The light fixture in one bathroom was falling apart also an easy fix that won't cost much. I had a problem which was not the fault of anyone on the property. It was caused by a third party but, the manager listened to me respectfully, was empathetic, explained what happened and how...

"This is a very clean and functional motel just minutes away from the ferries to the islands. It is an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Falmouth, too. The staff person was delightful - friendly and helpful. Great place to stay to catch early morning ferry."
