"The property was beautiful. The access to the forest trails was a great, relaxing way to start the day. The restaurant was wonderful. The food was 5 stars. The room was large and lovely. The decor throughout the hotel was beautiful. It was quiet and the staff was accommodating and friendly."

"Most of the staff was nice and helpful. One lady was could of been nicer. We were there 4 night and they didn't come clean or replace towels. We dumped our own garbage cans. They seem offended when we asked for new towels. Breakfast was blah. Hotel look better online. Probably fine for one night, but anything longer I would look elsewhere."

"The breakfasts in these sorts of hotels are unimaginative and boring. It is certainly a matter of profit margin for the corporation, so I get that. And, of course, the breakfasts are "free" (i.e., built into the cost of the room)."
