"Staff was extremely helpful and supported family with young children out of the way .Room was well furnished . Plumbing in property had issues ."

"Asked to pay $7.50 for parking. Never had to pay for parking at a Hampton Inn before and wasn’t listed on the website. There wasn’t a microwave in the room but website listed one. Most USB ports in the room didn’t work. Glad we brought a charger for our phones. Staff didn’t seem to care when notified."

"Room kitchen could have had paper towels, a trash can in the kitchen, pillows in bed were flat, breakfast could have had some type meat protein. It would have also been nice to have 2 working elevators."

"Clean room..nice view of the mountains. It had been snowing..room was kind of drafty but staff was super friendly and brought a . Friendly staff. Nice restaurant attached. Overall great service. Safe location. Easy access to freeway and close to stores."

"This was a wonderful trip for my family of 5. I had three teenagers and a toddler with me and they were so excited about the house. We played pool every night and they all took turns on the Pac-Man game. The backyard was stunning! We would love to return in the future.. if we don’t go ahead and move up there by the end of the year. Flagstaff felt like home! Thanks for sharing your home with us so we could make wonderful memories. "

"Room was clean, no maid service. Mini muffins offer for breakfast tasted like dust. For the price will stay elsewhere. They need to add umbrellas near the pool."
