Stay safe for one person, dog-friendly, and the host was easy to communicate with and even handled communication for my unique in-between Airbnb situations as a local really well. "We absolutely loved staying in this charming 1925 ‘craftsman’ home. She has a lot of character and one can almost imagine the stories this home holds! All that one would need is provided and the fact that groceries and restaurants were in walking distance is a huge plus (btw, walking the alley to all is much less taxing than taking the sidewalk out front! That hill… omg! Ha!) Communication with the owner was very easy. We plan to return to this property as often as we can as it is minutes from...

"I don’t say this lightly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was very quiet, private, and the location is great for exploring Seattle. The interior is modern and clean. I felt like I was at home for the entire week. Parking was super easy. There are coffee shops within walking distance. The hosts were excellent communicators. I would 100% stay here again. "

"I saw some bad reviews when i booked but it was reasonable price than downtown and it turned out to be very clean..the guy in the front who helped me check in was friendly and welcoming..i will def be back and the area to me was not bad..yeah theres a bus stop and homeless people but thats everywhere even downtown!"
