Stay safe for one person, dog-friendly, and the host was easy to communicate with and even handled communication for my unique in-between Airbnb situations as a local really well. All that one would need is provided and the fact that groceries and restaurants were in walking distance is a huge plus (btw, walking the alley to all is much less taxing than taking the sidewalk out front! "**THEY DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT CARDS!! I made my initial reservation with a debit card on Hotels.com, and when I arrived at the hotel, they said they couldn't run debit cards. I've never had an issue like this before. I reviewed the policy given when booking, and it states, "This property accepts credit cards. Cash is not accepted." So here is your warning that although debit cards are not mentioned, they are listed as cash. Thankfully, I had a credit card to use, but if someone is traveling...

"I saw some bad reviews when i booked but it was reasonable price than downtown and it turned out to be very clean..the guy in the front who helped me check in was friendly and welcoming..i will def be back and the area to me was not bad..yeah theres a bus stop and homeless people but thats everywhere even downtown!"
