"The Mission Point restaurant was wonderful and the staff and service were great. The check-in was smooth and our room was very nice and clean. The Fairway restaurant was very disappointing. Husband ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and it came without the chicken. The server observed it and said they were terribly busy and would put in for another one! I ate , we waited nothing came. The waiter brought a to - go container thinking we got it ! He apologized and said he check on it! After a hour...

"The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Rooms are very dated. The fireplace in the room didn’t work and the phone in the room didn’t work when I tried to call the desk for assistance. The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful. View of the lake was the best thing about the property. "

"The staff was kind, the room was clean, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. I was disappointed that the description of the property and amenities were not totally transparent. I had chosen Rapid River Lodge for the waterpark. I had young children and knew it would be fun for them to play in the water. At check-in I was told the waterpark is closed, they have limited days and hours. They called to another hotel and we had the inconvenience of loading up and drive there for a pool."

"I really have no complaints. Your lodge is amazing. Not like regular hotels. It is unique, beautiful inside and out. I love all the wood, it gives a warm feel to the place. "They didn’t have a daily continental breakfast as Expedia said. They.dont start till Memorial Day. Disappointed that I was given the wrong information. I would have stayed somewhere else. Also the property is on a gravel road. Not a great place for a nice car"

"The hotel was clean. Was looking forward to relaxing and watching TV after a long trip. The TV was not working. I called a number for the hotel and got an AI response, I left a message detailing the problem with the TV, and left room number and my phone number. At no time did any one contact me or come to the room to remedy the problem. There was no one else at the Hotel that was working. I was not happy about that."

"Great place for a relaxing weekend! So much to do including amenities not mentioned on their website- electric bikes and scooters, kayaks, paddle board, hammocks, pontoon rental, etc. Very accommodating to dogs. Thanks for a fun stay!"
