Other instances such as needing forks, hangers in our room and new towels were treated with the same professionalism ! "This hotel does not have staff as you do a self check in so it is not possible to rate this part of the survey. The hotel offers no amenities, however there is a kettle and tea/coffee provided . The room was perfectly fine for one night. Comfortable and clean although needs updating and there was a bleach stain on the carpet. The room was unbearably hot. "The staff were very friendly and the location was great! We visited during an extreme heat wave and unfortunately it was uncomfortable sleeping. The staff provided a room fan when we requested, but unfortunately the 2nd floor was an oven. This is no fault of the staff or property, it was just an anomaly of the weather."
