"When the parking lot is full, there is a one way street next to the hotel which provides extra parking. There is also a house that has daily riddles on a dry erase board out front and my dog and I enjoyed them very much so. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great cocktails and conversation at the bar. And I especially appreciated your assistance with my late night snacking(you know who you are) :) Love staying here with my doggo. Pet friendly with plenty of areas to walk."

"This is a quaint historic hotel. Breakfast was good, with quiche and an assortment of pastries, yogurt, and overnight oats. Coffee, tea, and water always available in the lobby is a plus."

"we had a lovely stay at the Perry. everything was very neat and clean. the building is old, so there are obvious signs of that if you look for them, but it’s a beautiful property and likely part of the charm if you’ve sought this place out. the staff was friendly and courteous. the location allows for walkable access to the shops and restaurants downtown, which made for a nice sense of coming and going as needed; we didn’t move our car until our stay was over. we had a balcony room on the top floor so it was very quiet. seated at the edge of town, this is a great spot to stay if you’re looking to hang out in Petoskey proper. you can walk everywhere and have a base to come back to when it’s time to recharge. we loved it and thought it felt like escaping to a little city on the water."
