"The place and location was great. We booked for 7 people but the kitchen utensils were not enough, the pots were small, and when told the kitchen is complete, i thought there's a rice cooker as well. If they also can replace their nonstick pots that are super scratched...not really safe to use and very old utensils. It just look unclean. but the staff are friendly and easy to deal with."

"We were uncomfortable with the level of cleanliness in the general/public areas of the hotel reception area where the floor was dirty and there were piles of stull and trash an laundary around and the bathroom was not clean. The first two rooms we were shown that were ready for move in were not exceptionally clean including a stain on the pillow case and dirty table cloth. A third room was not yet prepared however we were told cleaning staff had not yet showed up for the day and it was possible...
