Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. A little pricey but it's what you'd expect for that area."

"As I arrive late, I have never seen staff. I also don’t walk around the property after driving 5 hours to get to the lodge. The room need instructions on how to operate the TV. This takes a lot of button pressing just to get the free to air channels. Other than that. I am very happy with this facility. "

Outside of this, the room was perfect and we didn’t complain as it was due for a cleaning. The staff was all friendly and polite. Helped with suggestions and provided detailed instructions. "Room was nice and comfortable and location was quiet in good location for where we needed to be. Service is weird - self check in on computer screen - although the receptionist have us our key. Despite the gold status bottle of wine we were supposed to be offered, we had to ask 3 times to actually receive it. "
