"The person at the desk was pleasant and helpful. The continental breakfast had more selection than we expected. The bed and bedding was great. The room and the other parts of the hotel could use an update."

"There is no clock in the room. There is no microwave in the room. No breakfast buffet. My room had a coffeemaker, but others in my group did not., and hot drinks are not available in the lobby. The TV remote was difficult to use. However, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Upon checking in I was sent to a room that had not been cleaned, but was quickly given a different room."
