"Be aware there are no elevators. We knew this but our room was on the third floor, basicly the attic, and we are both in our 70s. The air conditioner was noisy so tough to sleep. It served the purpose as we were attending a funeral in the area."

"Stayed here for a world cup game. Shuttle from/to airport is convenient. Mind aware that it only comes every 30 min. Staff is kind and helpful. Only problem is that the property was going through renovations during our stay, so the lobby area was a bit messy and grab&go store closed."

"Location was very good, just a block or two from the King of Prussia mall. Rooms were good, except ours had a faint odor of Raid bug spray, which unfortunately was the strongest right behind the bed. Other than that a very nice place to stay. Just be ready at check-in for them to charge your credit card (refundable) $50 for "incidentals","

"Only stayed for one night but the room was very clean and quiet, the staff was friendly and we had a late dinner at the bar and it was delicious. Highly recommend the salmon with orzo. Only thing I didnt like were the pillows. Very flimsy. Would recommend staying there."

"It was 1 hour past check in when I arrived and the front desk person, who was also valet, told me my room was still not ready. When I was visibly annoyed she seemed irritated as well, like I should understand that my room might not be ready. That was a super turn off."

"We have stayed at this hotel several times in recent years. For some reason, they have recently initiated a complicated approach to wifi. In order to get "free wifi," you must give an unknown company your home address and your cell number. Otherwise, no wifi. Why? We do not want to give out personal information to a company we do not know. We chose not to sign up for the "free wifi," and it may be a deal-breaker for future visits. "Room spacious and clean but furniture and bathroom were dated and showed signs of wear. Bathroom had rust spots and set in grime. Worst was our AC was basically non functional and had to be set to lowest (60) but even then we almost asked to switch rooms. They sent a tech right away to try and fix it when we complained but it was a minimal benefit. That was our last night though so maybe it was going to improve more. Who knows.
