"The room I was assigned had a filthy bathtub. It had not been cleaned. I used a towel to wipe what looked like sawdust or vomit to make sure it wasn't a stain and it came right off. I called the desk and was reassigned to the room next door. I am a senior traveling with an adult disabled son. We arrived late and my son had an accident as we were trying to push the luggage cart out of the doorway (it didn't roll easily and we have extra luggage due to my son's medical needs). "The room said non smoking but it reeked of cigarettes. The furniture looked really old. The mattress had a dent in it like it has been used for 30 years. I didn’t sleep well at all because of the uncomfortable mattress. There were no pool towels and when they were brought out, they were tiny. "Property was clean, beautifully manicured, and it was oh so quiet. The pool was perfect, has varying levels of devil space to hang out at, a fire pit to enjoy at night and a bbq for fixing meals if desired. The breakfast was fresh with a lot of choices."

"We had the standard room which didn't have a full view of the Marina, but we had a partial view that was still very nice. Rooms and lobby area were cozy, clean and well maintained. Appreciated that there was microwave, small fridge and coffee station; also a laundry room. Additionally we really appreciated the free parking! Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed staying at this little hotel. Only complaint would be on the second day, the bedsheets were not changed and they ran out of washcloths."

"When booking their was breakfast included this was a reason for booking we booked four rooms and wanted to save with breakfast included but when arriving they told us just to let u know their is no more breakfast u can bring that up with Expedia the pool did not look like the the pictures and there property was not as clean and nice as posted restaurant inside had horrible service and still charged a mandatory 20% tip and on top we had to pay for parking 50 per vehicle also an unexpected fee...

"The room was a strong musty oder in the room, and the air conditioner made a loud buzzing noise every time it cycled on waking us up each time. The room wasn’t properly cleaned fingerprints everywhere and dirty windows. Thirty dollars to park in an unsupervised parking lot. Never again!"
