"Terrible attitude by couple of the staff members. I rarely leave bad reviews but decided to take the time to do it. Loud AC, ask the front desk to move me to another room. They say no availability and I can try next day. When I come back and check the front desk lady says it's not that loud and perhaps I'm a light sleeper. Classic gas lighting, and felt like I was talking to my ex-wife again :). I go up and find the noise had reduced a bit but only because they reduced the speed from 3 to 1. If I increased it, the loud rattling started again. Decide to put up with it. Upon checkout was greeted by another lady with no smile. Ask her to email the receipt to the email on file. She does not say a word. Then I ask again, the she says, I printed it for you. I then say I do not want to waste paper and would rather prefer it in email. She says sorry I just shut my machine and proceeds to give me the print. Then says if you want it emailed speak to my colleague next. Who at that time was handling another customer. Couple of the other folks were nice and friendly. So not everyone were bad. Anyways stay at your own risk."

"Definitely more ideal for the business traveler rather than families (The rooms themselves were a little too small for family travel, and we'll be sure to take note of that size when booking future rooms) The room we got was leaking water in the bathroom and kept us up for the first night. To the staff's credit, they moved us to another room, but the front desk clerk barely showed any human traits of concern or empathy as she was doing it. The keycards weren't the best quality for us (or some of the other travelers) and caused issues in the elevator. We did not take part in Breakfast since it was an exorbitant additional charge - It was far cheaper (even by NYC standards) to just eat at one of the dozens of places around the block. The central location in Manhattan was a great convenience though, so I would give credit for that."

"The hotel is located very conveniently to plenty of things. It is clean and well run. Had some issues with the shower turning on and draining, but otherwise the room was satisfactory too!"

"The 2nd floor was extremely noisy because of the bar below. Extremely loud music till 1-2AM. The hotel did not remediate how bad our experience was."
