"honestly, this hotel was such a pleasant surprise. the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make everything easy and comfortable, it made my work trip to new york feel way more relaxing. the front desk people were genuinely sweet and super helpful with everything from check-in to local tips. the location is also perfect, tons of restaurants, coffee spots, and things to do all within walking distance. i never once felt stressed about getting around. if you’re coming to the city for work or fun, i’d totally say stay here. they really made my trip so much better. "Property was great. Checking in the attendant was not very friendly at all. All other staff was amazing and very attentive. Water dispenser in the "Smile to Go" was not working or not filled, therefore getting water was very limited. Restaurants on site were also great, with amazing service!"
